Jesse Ray
Executive Director
Bridgepointe Gardens is excited to introduce Jesse Ray as our new Executive Director. With more than 20 years of experience leading senior living and healthcare organizations across Indiana, Ohio, and Kentucky, Jesse brings a strong record of operational success, team development, and compassionate leadership to our community.
Jesse’s leadership journey includes serving as Executive Director at several highly regarded communities — where he led teams to achieve record operational growth, improved quality outcomes, and national recognition for resident care.
Jesse holds a Master’s Degree in Gerontology/Long-Term Care Administration from Miami University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Berea College. He is a Certified Nursing Home and Assisted Living Administrator (CNHA/CALA), Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Administrators (FACHCA), Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP), and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
As a New Albany resident, Jesse is proud to serve the same community he calls home. His deep local ties and hands-on leadership approach ensure Bridgepointe Gardens remains a place where every resident and family feels known, valued, and supported.
Outside of work, Jesse is a devoted father of three — 7-year-old twin boys and a 13-year-old daughter — who inspire his compassion, humor, and sense of purpose every day.
